Through our website, the reservation is very simple and secure: you must select the specific dates, the number of people and then choose your favorite apartment among those available.

We accept payments by Paypal and credit card. Through our secure payment process, we protect you from fraud. 

We understand credit cards are an integral part of the payment process to book our apartments; therefore, we take our job to protect your data very seriously. That is the reason why our banks' system uses credit card encryption as a security method to reduce the likelihood of a credit or debit card information to be stolen.

The credit card encryption involves both the security of the card, the security of the terminal where a card is scanned, and the security of the transmission of the card’s information between the terminal and a back-end computer system. So, when you give any information to our website, we make sure it is secure.

We accept payment by cash and by credit card. The tourist tax must always be paid in cash. There is also the option to make a bank transfer before arrival.

In some of our apartments, prices may vary depending on the number of guests. Others rentals may have a fixed price regardless of the number of people. Check prices with our search engine.

The tourist tax on accommodation requested by the Government of Catalonia must be paid by all persons over the age of 16. The amount is € 2.25 per person per night for the first 7 nights and this amount must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Yes! We always demand a security deposit upon booking, the amount depends on the chosen apartment. It will always be retained through the bank’s credit card and it will be returned once the condition of the apartment had been confirmed after check-out. We do not accept cash as a security deposit.

Normally, the amount of the security deposit is unlocked from the credit card after we have verified the condition of the apartment, just after the departure. Each bank proceeds differently when unlocking the money, if you have any problem in this regard, contact us as soon as possible.

We will return the deposit after verifying that you leave the apartment in the same conditions in which it was given.

For rentals booked for 31 days / 30 nights or less, the deposit will be returned in between 4 and 7 days after your departure. For rentals of more than 32 days, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days after your departure; once the apartment has been inspected and the utilities have been deducted (gas, water, electricity, and internet.) In case any damage had occurred in the apartment during your stay we’ll also deduct it from the security deposit.

Note: When the reservation is less than 7 days, the deposit for some apartments may be charged by pre-authorization of your credit or debit card. This amount will be blocked on your credit card for 7 days and will be automatically unlocked once it is verified that you have left the apartment in the same conditions as you found it. Check your confirmation email to verify if you need to do or not pre-authorization.

We always check the apartment before and after each stay.

At all our short rental apartments the utilities (water, electricity, gas…) are included at the final price.

Normally, the minimum number of nights allowed is 2, however, you can contact us to check special conditions. Depending on the season, the minimum number of nights may vary.

We offer different options for big groups, however, you would have to contact us directly to get more information.

Even after having confirmed the approximate time of arrival, it is necessary to contact us one hour before your check-in or upon your arrival at the airport. Thus, one of our agents will have enough time to plan and be on time to give you the keys.

If you let us know when you are in front of the apartment, we can not guarantee the exact time you will have to wait.

You may check-in for free in between 15h and 19h. After 19h it has an additional cost:

from 19h and 22h: 20€.
From 22h y 00h, 50€.
After 00h: 100€.

At the end of your stay, the keys must be left at the apartment. You must check out by 11 a.m.

There are many transportation options available from the airport to the city center: by metro, bus, train, cab, or car rental. Check here our blog about public transportation to Barcelona city center.

This isn’t necessary. All the apartments bring their own set of sheets and two towels per person.

We have a cleaning service available if needed. The extra cost will depend on the type of service requested. Click here to see the prices.

If something gets broken or damaged at our facilities during your stay please contact us as quickly as possible to be able to repair it or replace it.

Of course, we are happy to be baby-friendly!

If you are in need of a baby cot, cadre or bassinets, a baby chair, or a baby bathtub, we can include it for you at the apartment, just let us know in advance. The price goes from 25€ for reservation. Please contact us for our special baby services.

We are sad to say that we do not accept pets at our apartments.

Yes! If you need to, you can leave your luggage for free with us before your check-in, or after your check out. Just come to our offices located in Ronda Universitat, right next to Plaza Catalunya.

Once you receive the confirmation email for the reservation, there is an option to cancel it, however, the amount of the reservation that has already been paid will not be refunded.
